Day 1 – PICKUP – TRANSFER TO THE TRAIN STATION.
We pick you up from your hotel around 10:00 a.m. to transfer to Ollantaytambo town. Along the way, we will see amazing landscapes while learning more about the local culture.
Machu Picchu by Train 2 Days / 1 Night :
Is it a unique experience that will allow us to enjoy every moment of the trip. Once we get Ollantaytambo town around 12:30 p.m., we will board the train scheduled for 12:50 p.m. During the two-hour journey, we will admire the majestic snow-capped peaks and the mighty Urubamba River until we arrive in Aguas Calientes town. At the train station, our host will welcome us and take us to the hotel, where we will spend the night in this charming town.
Day 2 – Visit to Machu Picchu and return to Cusco
After breakfast, we will go to Consettur bus station to begin the 30-minute ascent to the entrance of the Inca citadel. Once there, we will take a private guided tour for around three hours, exploring the most emblematic sections of the archaeological site . At the end of the tour, we will take the bus back to the village, where you can enjoy a free afternoon for lunch or relax in the hot springs. Afterthat , we will board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our transportation will be ready to take us back to Cusco, a journey is around one and a half hours.
MACHU PICCHU CIRCUITS
Machu Picchu circuits are established routes for exploring the citadel in an organized manner. There are 5 main circuits, each one with different itineraries and points of interest:
- Circuit 1 (Panoramic) – Long route that includes the Guardian’s House, from where you can get the classic view of Machu Picchu.
- Circuit 2 (Complete) – The longest and most recommended, it covers the agricultural areas, main temples, and the Sacred Plaza.
- Circuit 3 (Low) – Visit the lower part of the citadel, passing by the Temple of the Sun and the Sacred Rock.
- Circuit 4 (Low + Huayna Picchu Mountain) – Similar to Circuit 3, but with access to Huayna Picchu, where you can enjoy impressive views.
- Circuit 5 (Low + Machu Picchu Mountain) – Short tour with access to Machu Picchu Mountain, ideal for panoramic views.
Each circuit has a different length and difficulty, adapting to different visitors.
To visit Machu Picchu, you must booking your ticket in advance, all tickets are subject to availability.
