MAGICAL CUSCO PROGRAM

5 days and 4 nights

FIRST DAY: AIRPORT PICK-UP – CITY TOUR AFTERNOON

Pick up from the airport to your  hotel in Cusco, then at 13:30 hours, pick up from the hotel to start the City Tour, you will visit the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and then you will visit the Inca temple of Sacsayhuaman with its megalithic walls, the greatest work architectural practiced by the Incas in the 15th century. From Sacsayhuaman there is a unique panoramic view of the city of Cusco, then you will visit qenqo which is an astronomical center, and finally Tambomachay and Puca Pucara.

Return to Cusco.

SECOND DAY: SACRED VALLEY

After breakfast we pick you up from the hotel (08:00 hrs) to go to  Chinchero town (located 40 minutes from Cusco) It was the palace of the Inca Tupac Yupanqui the tenth Inca ruler you will also be part of a display of dying precess with the local people

We continue the visit to the archaeological complex of Moray . They are depressions or giant natural holes that were used to build agricultural terraces, then from there we will go to the town of San Francisco de Asís of Maras characterized by its colonial doors with shields of the nobles and caciques of the 16th and 17th centuries, then we will go to the salt mines (Salineras), where the harvest of salt will be appreciated, which was already exploited since the Incas times and used as a  commercial exchange, even you will see the famous pink salt used by chefs around the world 

Continuing the tour along  the Vilcanota River, until reaching Urubamba, where you will have a delicious buffet lunch (restaurant with 3 forks).

Then you will go to Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca towns and its streets still keep the same urban layout as at the  Inca times and you will visit the wonderful archaeological complex located there, as a last visit we will have the archaeological park of Pisaq, considered one of the largest Inca citadels in Peru. Return to Cusco.

THIRD DAY: AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU CITADEL

The next day, departure at 4:00 a.m., you will take the tourist bus to  Ollantaytambo train station and from there you will take the train to Aguas Calientes, then you will take a bus to Machupicchu, then you will have a guided tour of this magical place for 2 hours  (Temple of the Sun, Sacred Square, Intiwatana, Main Square, Quarries ) Then you will have free time to explore the place (Inca bridge, sun gate).

After the tour in Machupichu, you will return to the town of Aguas Calientes and take the train back to Cusco around 7:00 p.m. (an hour and a half approx.) And you will arrive at the town of Ollantaytambo where the transfer driver will pick you up to return to  Cusco (an hour and a half more), Hotel in Cusco.

FOURTH DAY: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN

Cusco – Cusipata – Vinicunca

Pick up at the hotel from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

You will go with our transport to  CUSIPATA community by paved road for approximately an hour and thirty minutes , where you will have our buffet breakfast, then continue along the Cusipata route for a around  30 minutes, until you reach the town of CHILLIHUANl, where you will pass through places picturesque as TINTINKO, TIGRE RIVER, you will observe the Surina mountain through the LLACTO sector, then you will pass the CUSIPATA checkpoint. Where our journey will continue along a path of approximately 20 minutes until we reach the starting point of trekking. After that, our adventure towards the rainbow mountain will begin for about 1 hour and a half, continuing the walk, you will go through a path that will gradually change the landscape between mountains of colors and intense and small streams of frozen water that  give life to this valley, as well as we can enjoy with the presence of South American camelids such as llama, alpaca.

We will reach a maximum height of 5029m. Top of the mysterious Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca). After the experience, you will walk back along the same route to the city where the tour started, where our buffet lunch will be waiting for you, and then you will return to  Cusco around 6:00 p.m.

FIFTH DAY: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT

• Pick up from the hotel to the airport and End of services.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

➢ All passengers must carry their identity document (children and adults), in case of another nationality their respective passport.

➢ All reservations are confirmed with 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% payment is required 7 days before.

➢ Once the reservation is made, the tickets are purchased, which are not transferable or modifiable, the passenger must be on the day and at the indicated time, otherwise he loses the entire tour.

➢ In case you are not in the tour, LOSE 100% OF THE AMOUNT PAID, there is no refund of money.

➢ Prices not applicable for HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVE DATES.

➢ The price does not include VAT. If you want an invoice, you have to add 18% of the total, which will be requested during the respective opening hours.

➢ Annulments and cancellations up to 15 days before the trip, the 50% advance will be refunded and 7 days before the travel date there will be no refund of the amount paid for administrative expenses.

➢ The agency is not responsible for the cancellation and interruption of services caused by natural phenomena such as: High waves, abnormal winds, floods, road blockades, traffic, strikes, transport stoppages or other causes that interfere with the itinerary.

➢ The tours are in a shared group, so the passenger must adapt to the schedules that the group manages, keeping in mind the punctuality from the pick-up time.
